I remember from growing up that caterpillars (the monarch kind) love dill...so it wasn't a huge surprise when i found this little guy munching in the garden last night. In fact, the garden has kind of become a training camp for butterflies this time of the year. I have bunches of those little white guys that love cabbage, lots of brown moths, and of course that spectacular swallowtail (i had to look that up) that i found a couple of weeks ago!!
One of the best parts of a garden is the creatures that come along with it!

The catepillar looks like he has many weird alien anteni on his head. Cool shot. K~
