anyway, things are going well here. i have not made resolutions so much as a "wish list" for 2009. i love writing down the things my heart is dreaming of, and looking back to see what God has done to make those dreams come true. He is amazing that way...
i am excited for 2009 for a number of reasons. i am excited to "let go" of the things that drag me down (mostly internal attitude stuff) and step into a new year. i like that we get "do overs" many times, before we actually get it. this year, i hope i get it :)
today i am a hip girl, thanks to lou, who helped me load up my one-year-old ipod last night. WOW. i kind of knew what i was missing, but not really. i have 566 songs spinning around right now in that little guy, and i'm sure i'll be adding more soon. music makes me happy. it's especially gratifying to shuffle from my christian faves to "old life" stuff like the indigo girls and rem. this nano is ME, i tell you!

Love my ipod to, the mixture stuff is a musical representation of me all rolled into a litte white "thingy" I try not to lose over and over again.
