oops, forgot directions for the treat bags.
these are made from plain paper bags - just look for orange ones....and green floral tape. put treats in bag, "scrunch" it, start wrapping tape around scrunched "neck" from top down, and end with a little "tendril" that you make with the tape.
the blog i saw this on said that they bought the supplies at Michael's...
