did you know

that the amount of information that someone born in the late 17th century accumulated in their LIFETIME could be contained in ONE ISSUE of the Wall Street Journal on a weekday? Not the weekend, that would be two or three people's accumulated lifetime knowledge.

and we still wonder why we cannot remember where we put our checkbook?

God help us! Please!

I heard that every decade since 1900, an American high school education loses one full year of learned material. So we know more, but we're dumber??? Yeah, I could believe that.
