ah...it's cold outside again today, word on the street is that it could hit 20 below by the weekend.
one more reason why i am not leaving the house again til late march or april.
but i had to smile when i saw (ie, stole) this pic from my friend kirsten's blog. puff, her bearded dragon, is fine with being a cold blooded creature, he likes his fuzzy blanket, just like me!
happy dreams, Puff... ;)

Good grief. 20 below?? I ran in a long-sleeved t-shirt this morning, thinking it was cold...at 59 above.
yeah, but look at Puff (well, actually he's in Minnesota)...
it's all good. really it is.
crap, i hate this stuff.
It just makes the Spring that much sweeter, right? Stay home, make more soup and curl up with a good book. Before you know it, it will be planting time.
Puff IS adorable, and wonderfully named, to boot.
This is Kirsten. I just LOVE my Bearded Dragon. He ranks 2nd from the top on my list as favorite all time pet. First is my Late but great cat Kali. and then I must say Bing is pulling at my heart strings for the 3rd position over my baby box turtle, pebbles for 3rd place. I have so many pets, that I am unsure how to rank them all. They all give me such joy and entertainment. K~

i used to work for 5 years at reptile gardens and never once did i feel a longing for a lizard...until this photo. man, is he cute or what??
C-That's because you spent all your RG time being bitten by chickens..
Maybe Diggy needs a dragon-friend, instead of the chihuahua the Monkey is lobbying for. What do they eat?
Kirsten, can I come over the next time I'm in MN?? I would very much like to meet your friends.
