so, the big news in the world today is that my
favorite coffee company got a new logo!!
nothing better, coffee and graphic design in one post!
of course, i love it...same pretty light blue, but now with a yummy chocolate brown. cute little coffee bean-shaped caribou. much better type. it goes to show that using decorative type is a good decision, only if you want to change it really often!
sometimes i have gone into the local caribou and tried to figure out how to steal the store displays. they are THAT good. can hardly wait for the new stuff!

I think we need to celebrate! I'm going to go have one on my way to the commissary. It's out of the way, so I rarely go there. What's their best drink?
um, something with COFFEE IN IT!
or, if you were carey, it would be the white hot chocolate :)
Thanks. You're a big help!
seriously karen, i'm NOT a coffee snob. i do, however, like it.
Okay, but surely, SURELY there is something there that you like better than the rest!
I didn't get to go, by the way. I left the commissary at 12:31, which was 14 minutes before I needed to pick up Moose for physical therapy. The commissary is 30 minutes from home.
:-(
i am boring. always just get a plain cappucino. does that make me white trash? or just easy to please?!
:) go tomorrow. look online. they are having all kinds of deals now that they have a new logo!
I don't think that white trash drink cappucino...
I will have to wait until Monday, it's halfway between here and the base.
Yum, I should had one yesterday. I'll have to wait till next week...
I thought of you and your yellow gold mixer yesterday as I stood in the clearance aisle and debated whether to buy a kitchenaid stand mixer for $139. I wanted it SO BAD. But, I will wait for the estate sale and get one for $8. Someday! You are my hero. That would have blew my entire grocery budget. What good is a mixer without any food to mix in it?
rani, i'll make you a deal. if i find another kitchenaid for $20 bucks or less, i will buy it for you :)
i have faith that one will show up SOME day!
ps. my mom was in her 60s when my brother and i decided to go together and get her a nice shiny new kitchenaid for christmas. she had never had one, her whole life, except for a flimsy one that was not much better than a hand mixer. she was so happy :)
um...Deal
I have patience...
