last week i found another sad little thrifted lamp. siesta kind of liked it. the shade is from target, they are starting to get more of the modern drum shades, which makes me happy.
he seems to fit nicely in the bedroom. i still kind of want to repaint this room, but the additional light from the lamp helps. oh, and i switched the comforter over. thank goodness for reversible items! it's like i got something new.

lamps are kind of an obsession over here.
i have far too many, most of them in storage. but alot of them in spare corners.
lamps are a great item to thrift for. they almost always work, or can be rewired easily.
and yes, it does look different in the 2nd pic. that would be because it is green in the 2nd pic ;)
I think I remember this room just being painted also. Once again your use of color makes me evaluate my earth tone themes.
