ps. i finally made the vegetarian chili with bulghur...and it's pretty good. the bulghur is not really a flavor, but it adds a nice meaty texture which is good. to be honest, i think it might have been better with just a touch of ground beef or turkey in there.
but healthy i am. for today, at least :)
oh pss. i left the kidney beans out. because somehow i was forgetting how much i hate kidney beans! he he.
