i know it's only mid-week, which means there is still a bunch of important things to be accomplished. clients to please. big thinking to do. deadlines to meet. important, significant, world-changing stuff.
why, oh why, then - can i only think about making
rhubarb soda?!!!!!! oh yeah. because it's pretty :)

I made 9 cups of syrup and 3 pints of rhubarb butter with the leftovers. Yum. I put cinnamon and nutmeg in the butter. It tastes heavenly...
I canned some for my friends' bday today, she was so surprised. That syrup is delightfully pink. Another way you can use it is to pour over a vanilla or lemon cake, rhubarb poke cake, I am hungry:)
